I couldn't gel with the writing style for the first few chapters but at the same time I was hooked.
Slowly being pulled into Ali's life, wondering what happened when she was 12 as she throws snippets throughout the chapters, then what happened to her marriage and finally what happened to Ali. Waking with a nasty bump on her head, injuries and blood?... No memory...!
