The inconsistencies are killing me here... in book 2, a mate bond is broken when a mate dies, yet the mc didn’t feel the bond break, but instead choose to believe that his mate had died?! What?! 😟 In book 2 mates can smell each others scent on each other, yet in book 3, our mc’s seem to not be able to smell their scents on each other after a night of rigorous sexing?! Gah 🤯
