If this woman references “winning” one more time, I’m going to light myself on fire. Running a nation is not about WINNING. People’s lives and the policies that affect them are not about WINNING. This isn’t a game, nor is this reality TV—no matter how hard the current administration pretends it is.

This book is so difficult to read. There’s an introduction AND a prologue both written by the author, and the first chapter appears to be about how unique and accomplished and brilliant she is. She compliments herself, most hysterically when she praises her own “strong writing skills.” Girl, if you had strong writing skills you would not be using passive voice so much. Get to the point.
