Fascinating. While fairly dense, it is broken up into snapshots written in the perspective of each important player in the story (theres a HUGE list of characters at the beginning of the book and flipping back and forth to refresh your memory is enormously helpful.). So far the story is engaging, beautiful, brutal, and deep. Slightly difficult to get into, but it seems like it starts rolling once it gets going.
