Saving the last 10% of this book. It's great to see Leo and Piper shine and Jason and Percy be awesome. But Hazel and Frank need more moments. I feel they're getting left behind...

For the love of Zeus, Riordan, QUIT IT WITH YOUR LOVE TRIANGLES. Nobody actually cares. Hells, your characters don't even care. All they want to do is focus on their world-saving priorities and you keep shoehorning them into this tripe.

I think this book seriously just doesn't know what to do with its male characters. The female characters all have such better arcs. I'm really enjoying Annabeth's. Percy, I tend to want to punch in the face.

I'm unsure if this 7-man-band setup is going to work well for this book. I foresee someone getting shunted off to the side. Also, there is a lot of male dominance play going on here. But the storyline sounds pretty engaging.
