Arlo is failing his classes now and has let school fall behind him, he is lost in life without football and doesn't know where to go.

Arlo gets. a concussion in the last game before the conference championship, his coach kicks him off the team, not allowing him to play, and telling him to come back next year with a clean slate, and a clean mind.

Arlo is beginning to lose focus on everything except football, his attitude is changing and so are all of his actions off the field.

Arlo is the Captain of the football team as a Junior and tomorrow is the first game of his Junior season.

Arlo finally found out that he made varsity.

It is the start of Arlo's sophomore year and he's looking to make the varsity football team after some intense summer workouts with his brother who after making some life decisions, is joining the military.

The main character, Arlo, plays on the JV football team as a Freshman, but has potential to play on Varsity as a Sophomore, as the coach told him so.

The main character is begging to show some confidence on the field and to show some real skill.
