I hate to say it, but this has some fun ideas but is pretty dull. Not sure how it won a Hugo, or how it has so many five star ratings. My husband is equally bored as we listen to the audio together. We enjoyed Three Men in a Boat, but this needs to be pared back substantially to pick up the pace.
