I've read the story of a German sniper, now time for one from the opposite side of the war. I also have a copy of Vasily Grigoryevich Zaytsev's book Notes of a Russian Sniper: Vassili Zaitsev and the Battle of Stalingrad. Why do Russian books have such long titles? Other than Leo Tolstoy's War and Peace, I can't think of another Russian book I've read with a short title.
