I read through Chapter 15 on why younger Evangelicals are leaving Evangelicalism. He constantly refers to older ex-Evangelical Christians rather than people like Gracy Olmstead. His claim about this being a North American is a red herring. There is no recognition of heterodox and heretical movements pushing orthodox believers towards Rome and Constantinople (e.g. New Apostolic Reformation, seeker sensitivity).
