I know this is not a good situation to be in for anyone at this point of the story. BUT!!! I have found out who Varechka is and it made everything better. For me, that is. Not everyone else.

Sense of humanity is strong here. No frills, just a general sense of good humans. Crazy how you can have a fantastic score-fi story without monsters, galactic battles or really...without much of anything at all.

60’s SciFi is awesome to read. Comical in some ways. We’re still after the same goal as a society. And reading paper books on the way to Venus...in a spaceship. Yep. Logical.
