My main concern with this book at this point of reading is that although he is clearly meant do be read by people in the medical field (and, more specifically, by doctors and med students), the author explains the stories in a very casual tone. She even gets to the point of telling about a person who died of sepsis without ever mentioning the word “sepsis”. It’s weird and a bit long winded trough the book.
