The shifting POV of the first story is quite confusing. There were too many parenthetical afterthoughts being drawn by each of the narrator thus making it quite a little bit verbose and noisy. This books is a running 3 at the moment.

A bit slow in wrapping up the first novella. But the last few pages were its strength. The narration that talks about nostalgia and sentimentality greatly relates to me; it gave a fang of melancholy that made me reminisce of all the “what-ifs” of my life. At the end of it, I wonder if we are all transitory in one’s life? Are we all just a great passing and never a thing of permanence in this life?
