I am not a huge fan of Arthurian literature and I'm not sure why. Maybe it's that the whole star-crossed love and destiny thing doesn't appeal to me. There's not much new to be done with the world-building or the plot, so it has to be really good characterization or really good writing to catch my imagination. Bradley uses ellipses too much and seems to think a strong female character is Not Like Other Girls
