I think I've become a little blasé of reading M/M romance where there's a huge power imbalance or one of the guys has been abused, or shivering and trembling or...ugh you get the idea. So my dear friend-list y'all have a rec for me where i get to read about 2 sexy hot strong guys in a balanced (versatile/reversible role in bed) relationship? And no insta-love/sex too, I love a slow build. :)

Thanks for the recs. I'll try to check them out.And I'm thinking it's a coincidence that most of these recs are about cops ;P

Ha... didn't realise that before. I can try and think of other titles if these don't appeal.
Hmmm...sexy, hot, and strong, with no power imbalance and no whimpering....that's actually kind of a tough order!!I definitely recommend James Buchanan's books (My favorite is the "Nicky and Brandon" series like Ami recommended)...pretty much all her stories feature strong manly blue-collar type men.
Here are some more recs that I *think* fit your request:
->"The Administration" series by Manna Francis (FREE online, starts with Mind Fuck, set in dystopic world, definitely BDSM but both men are strong guys)
->Cut & Run series by Abigail Roux (cops again)
->Hell Cop and Hell Cop 2 by Astrid Amara (paranormal/fantasy)
->True of Heart/"Draegon Lords" series by M.L Rhodes
->Captive Prince by freece (fantasy and FREE online - one of the guys starts out as a slave of sorts, but both the men are very strong-willed guys, so while in some ways there is a power imbalance, it doesn't really seem that way since their personalities are so strong. And if you liked Rachel Haimowitz's book Counterpoint then I definitely think you will like this.)
Wow! That's quite a list of recommendations. Thank you so much. I've got The Administration series and Cut & Run on my tbr. And one of them's probably the next series I'll be starting ;P
I've already read Captive Prince and am going crazy waiting for the 3rd book in the series. And that's going to take a while to release 'cos Freece's busy publishing the first 2 books with covers and sextras 'n all... :D
Thanks again for all the recs!

I also liked Matter of Time and The God Eaters but there is some power imbalance between the MC. Read the blurb and decide if you'd be interested.
