I am reading this for the Book Riot Challenge and doing so happily.

This writing is bold and thoughtful. I rarely see people employ empathy in their writing and in his case the people he is treating this way is his own family.

Despite the circumstances or maybe because of them everything seems to have turned out okay for the author. He owns it and lets it all hang out there. How refreshing it is to be honest!
