Excited to start this book! I think that “Lost in the Andes” is a major turning point in the way that Barks wrote his stories. They seem more developed and complete from this story onwards.
That could just be my perception as it was this story and the later ones that were the first I read when I was younger. The earlier ones came later (I’m not so old that I got these new - I read reprints in the late 70’s and 80’s.
