Do your damn research! Hurricane Ivan was only a Cat 3! NOT A CAT 5!
Hurricane Charlie, while officially listed as a Cat 4, was indeed a Cat 5 when it tore through our area! Hurricane Charlie actually split North Captiva in half. I wish that authors would either take the time to research or keep things totally fictional! SMH

Ah, shit! A fictional island off the coast of Sanibel?! Really?? This is taking place in my area?..... *sigh* And WTF are they talking about Ivan for?!?! Ivan wasn't bad in this area in 2004!! Charlie was the one that destroyed our area in 2004!! SMH.... Damn!

Well hell. SMH.... "if you hadn't have" ..... this needs a decent proofreader. This should be either 'if you hadn't' or 'if you wouldn't have' !
