*sigh* I'm so sick of reading "I've not"..... it pulls me out of the story every damn time and I have to reread it changing it to "I haven't". I'm almost 60 and have never heard an American say "I've not". SMH....

*sigh* I am so sick of hearing about his ex-wife and drinking! SMH.....

I must note, that despite my problems with this book it is actually sticking in my mind. I remember what's going on in it this morning.

Already double checked a statement was accurate or not...... it wasn't. Doesn't bode well....

This reads more as a draft than a published book. The story and characters are okay but the timing is jacked. SMH....

WTF?! He saw them in '83?...... and he was in his 20s then?! That would make him in his 60s now.... mid to late 60s. SMH..... it'd be nice to know their ages.

The power is out.... we were just told that... also told they decided not to run the generator.... yet somehow the tree lights are on?! Duh! I'm sorry but this isn't the first mess up that should have been caught before publishing. SMH....
