Again: Was there a retcon? That does not sound like Magneto here, rather like a jaded X-Men. Magneto is a coldblooded killer.

Is there a reason why he doesn't just create a magnetic impulse to shut the facility down?

He saw his trust too often betrayed? When? Where? Is it the camps again? Was there some other retcon again?

Didn't the into say that Magneto has a severe antihuman streak? Didn't notice any of that so far.

Good point. He looks way too young to be a Holocaust survivor and considered how weirdly his tattoo crosses his arm, it would be reasonable to assume that he is lying. And why does that girl shove his tattooed arm into their faces?

This talk about jailing kids (and Natives, and Japanese) just sounds so hollow, not only because Marvel introduced god knows how many mutants with lethal powers that are a danger to everyone, but gosh I wish they would not repeat the same examples over and over again. Is it so hard to mention the Romani, Armenians, Dzungar or the Khmer Rouge Killing Fields for a change?

Call him Erik? I thought his name was Max and Erik was just a ruse? Was there another retcon again?
