There is some good info in here - a lot of it common sense - but the authors style is so me-me-me... it's almost like she wants to write an auto-biography but is afraid that people wont want to read it.

Mindfulness is a term bantered around a lot at the moment... the use in this book covers the true use (being aware and purposeful with your focus/decisions), but not necessarily the populist use that has arisen (which is far more spiritual).
