I read somewhere that this is "like Oliver Sacks, but with psychotherapy" and picked it up based on that -- but I'm underwhelmed so far. The author's enormous ego coupled with his apparent distaste for fat and old people is off-putting, to put it mildly. And I'm only halfway through the first of ten patients!
