I found interesting that before the attack, a soldier wrote to home that you don’t have to worry because a battleship is as safe as a fleet, because it was very coincidental that later on, the battleship would be bombed and destroyed, exactly the opposite of what he thought.

The most important (one of) word was agreement. It is the most important because it was the part of the reason the Japanese entered the war, and part of the reason why Japan and America became enemies, leading to Pearl Harbor.
