Bird is getting brave. Bird has a letter for Mrs. Pritchard and before she wasn't going to give it to her personally but now she will. For example, in the text it said, "Something made me do this and i don't know what it is. But I'm doing it. I'm going to take the letter to Mrs. Pritchard myself." (126) This shows that Bird is getting brave because at first she didn't want to give the letter herself but now she will.
