I think that Cassia's life is changing more after her grandfather died. I think this because through her life she could life without the green tablet she had never taken it and then once her grandfather died she was about to take the green tablet but she didn't.

Cassia has just found out that the guy on the screen that she saw was Ky Markham. When Cassia tells her grandfather about this he is worried because Ky is an aberration. I just started reading the book and so far it is very good. Cassia has turned 17 and she went to her matching banquet wich is when society chooses your "match". When Cassia figures out that her match is her best friend Xander, she is very happy. Everything goes fine until she looks at his microcard and sees another guys face flash on the screen. Now Cassia doesn't know who her match is.

I think that the author is showing that Fern is embarrassed. I think this because it says, "Fern's face goes white, and then tears pour out." This shows how she is embarrassed because her face is turning white and she is crying.

I just started reading this book and i think that the authors craft is joyful or happy. The book is in the sense of not being sad. It is starting off with saying that Lucas was just plain out lucky. Maybe thats why people call him Lucky. This is showing why this mood of the book is joyful, it is saying how just one character in the book is just Lucky and even his friends call him "Lucky".
