OK, this is NOT a book to take seriously. The best description of it I can come up with is "a pornier, more occult version of Lara Croft"
On the other hand, I'm enjoying the banter, the opening orgy scene made me laugh out loud several times, and the more private UST - at least this far - is reasonably well written.
Basically, the story is dafter than a daft thing, but I'm having fun with it.

Finished Book 2 and onto Book 3. There's stuff I'm enjoying about the books enough to keep reading, but the way the guys are portrayed throughout the series is a bugbear for me.
