Another book that doesn’t follow the blurb. I’m already fed up with the brother and the they-can’t-be-a-couple-because-it-will-hurt-the-brother nonsense.

I don’t like her friend, Mills. She’s obnoxious. I wish the heroine would do her own talking. There’s also too much worrying about her worthless brother and what he will think.
