This books was published in 2004 and the cover refers to this as being "the marriage equality era" so I was interested in reading it out of curiosity about that, and maybe someday it will be useful too. (This chapter was weird though in it's clear implication that the words "husband" and "wife" are only for straight people. Was that a thing in 2004? Don't like that. I can't wait to have a wife and be her wife.)
