What I most liked till now is not the discussion about Marx, but the introduction into Hegel. How can Hegel's ideas pass as sensible philosophy... ?
Secondly I do have a great suspicion that the many famous marxist, some of whom gained power, did not actually understood the marxism of Marx at all (Lenin for example). The ones that did and do understand Marx's marxism are not notable people in history.

Hegel: Man is God not not knowing his godness.
Feuerbach: God is Man, yet the idea of an external God undermines our god like attributes as Man.
Marx: Man is his own God yet in a state of alienation.
He changes the language of Hegel, he change the language from German idealism to British political economy; thus alienation becomes division of labor. He changed the meaning of a lot of words.
