It’s scary how much I relate to Holly and her feelings and thoughts and dreads and desires. It makes me take a closer look at my present state of angst. Where it comes from and am I responsible for it or was I a victim? I don’t condone living my life under the victim-status anymore so I have to do some serious work to get myself out of this slump. Like the humor. Hard to put down.

Pg 20: “At least I have a job. And an apartment (for now). Which makes me better off than 99.99 percent of the people in the world, and right now strong fresh-fruit-juice margaritas are creating a nice little buzz in my head.”
