Really wordy. An excessive amount of time spent describing the difference between anxiety and fear. I have no idea why anyone would want to know that I have that might be beneficial.

Ridiculous useless chapter on whether bacteria and other animals experience anxiety. So far this book has included info on anxiety that is practically useless except for some descriptions of the experience of anxiety in the first chapter. Those might be useful to friends or family trying to understand what one is experiencing.
