So far, Huemer is going through the motions with respect to the traditional refutation of universal skepticism. Generally, if I am unjustified in holding any beliefs, then any conclusion from a skeptical argument is based on premises the skeptic is not justified in holding (by her own standard) and therefore the skeptic is unjustified in her skeptical conclusion.
