I read the new 1st book in this series first which was confusing because it was like i was dropped into a story I didn’t understand. But reading that first makes this book confusing because z-ruine or whatever his name was, his guard called zadisa buttercup like svet did. However he just asked if she was zadisa’s sister meaning he’s the kumadare’s guard, z-ruine’s guards brother. Confused
