This book is hitting all of my feels. I needed this. My therapist was right to assign it as homework. This isn’t just a book for those in recovery from alcohol or drug addiction — this books is for anyone needing to refine the art of surrender; anyone who finds themselves returning to destructive behaviors over and over again.

Ok so I started reading this book as an assignment from my therapist. I LOVED IT. And then I avoided it... maybe too close to home? I don’t know. But I’m back to it with my new fancy bookmark.
