I like the characters but the story is making me nuts every time it violates the story logic (which is pretty much at every turn.) She's supposed to be good at what she does but she's unprepared, unsure, and keeps putting them in danger. And there's no reason for her to have this assignment; she's a negotiator, not an action hero. But still, "she's good at what she does". Arghhhhh.
