I've enjoyed that she has not been truly forced into being a little or an age she doesn't want & not being forced into diapers. Yes she's at the island against her will but after that it's on her scheduled, she chooses how young she will be & when she starts. She is not treated like an invalid, she is still able to do things, unlike most ddlg stories. & I like that a sexual relationship is not being forced on her.
