Fast read and it's uplifting too. There is a word the Japanese in Okinawa use
it's called ikigai ( pronounced like " icky guy" ) which roughly means " the reason you wake up in the morning". This wisdom comes at page 101. But the point of this book is like the Bobby McFerrin tune "Don't Worry Be Happy".

Making me feel ten feet tall when really I’m only 0.500 of an inch. I encourage Goodreads subscribers to go back in their library arsenal and reread some of those proud words on their dusty shelves instead of going out and buying a new book. We’ve become a society of more,more,more instead of a society of enough.
