Getting nervous because I'm nearing the end. A big capture happened. I don't want to give it away. Judas Benedict is doing the most. I'm rooting for Makayla. She's a bad mama jama. Mulati better watch out. Poor Brian. Who in the end will be left standing.

This new chapter was written exquisitely. Love the use of metaphors. I knew Mulati and the crew were going to have to kick but after leaving the club. A group of Albinos wearing red tried to rob them. Poor Brian. Better him than Tolliver. At least Tolliver felt that way. Enjoyed the romantic moment between Mulati and Sampa.

Aldrich had a great meal at the world eatery. Mulati,
the crew of the Whisper and the rescued Albinos. are about to party. Something is about to go down. Burnett is up to something! Love the description of the underground city in Albin. Felt like I was there.

BIG plot twist tonight along with a vicious act of revenge. Yikes. Important meetings. Adera may get her wish. A blast from the opening. Somebody is giving me James Brown vibes with their new cape. Burnett's descriptions are so detailed, you feel like you're there.

Burnett is full of surprises. No one is safe. Wow...poor Aldrich. Mulati & the gang come to the rescue. Wow Condors. Burnett has a vivid imagination. I was taking cover from the birds. I was going over that bridge...running to get to the other side. Burnett wrote that scene. And Sam is a bad mama jama with the ship.

The Bastllions have gone wild. The eatery scene made my stomach lurch. Burnett is a master at writing murder and mayhem. I wonder how the solar alliance is going to keep the anarchy on the downlow. Interesting scene with Judas Benedict and Aderma. So many moving pieces. I can't wait to see what ends up happening and to whom.

Judas Benedict is doing the most. Loved that he got to make the speech. The trap was awesome and the kiss was a nice surprise!

Didn't get to read as much as I wanted to. Will read more tomorrow. Glad they figured out what was going on with the goggles. This is written so well. I love the writer's voice. I also love the catchy chapter titles. Poor Gerald. I didn't see that one coming nor did he.

Nearing the halfway point. Lot of action. I thought Judas was a goner again. He needs to get rid of the goggles. The crew of the Whisper had to go to battle. I see you Mulati trying to protect Sam now that you've taken the relationship to another level. She wasn't having it. Brian is back. I have a feeling there is going to be a lot more blood shed. T.O. is a master at writing fight scenes. and building suspense.

A lot of excitement with Corto, and Francois and Beth encountered some serious trouble. I was on the edge of my seat wondering if he and Beth were going to survive.
