As a drupal user, I picked up this book to learn about how to plan websites with drupal. The first chapter 1, "Introduction to Drupal Planning" almost made me go to sleep. But chapter 2 "Managing Open Source Projects" was much more of a help when the author gave specific Methodologies along with diagrams. The diagrams helped a bunch. Things like Agile, Scrum, Rad, and Spiral Methodologies.

Thanks for the interesting progress report, Matt. I'd like to learn more about Drupal and will be interested to see if you recommend the book, in the end.
