Caine is quite the drama queen. I wonder if Macklin really wants him if he keeps trying to change Macklin. Funny enough, their relationship seems pretty realistic, just that I guess Caine would totally end up alone in real life.

“Do you know what happens to people who tease me?”
“Th-they g-g-get f-f-fucked?” Caine asked hopefully.

Jesus.

This romance is kinda going down the drain for me. And it started out so good....

“So what happens now?” Caine asked slowly. “We seem to have reached an impasse.”

I'd suggest some plot instead of sex...

I'm ashamed to say this amuses me a bit.

Of course I'm waiting for a romance where it says ' he was okay looking for 40, maybe a little flabby, but nothing that diet couldn't fix.' LOL

I'm so gonna write this down. You never know when you need a line like that !

Macklin was going to have to learn how to deal with intimacy outside of bed, and Caine figured the best way to do that was to give him no other choice.

Okay... I wonder how often that actually worked.... Sounds like a recipe for a break up.
