The infamous Freddie Lounds capture scene. Funny how little Lecter is in this. I think this part is building up the desperation. That Graham will need Lecter after this for sure in order to catch him.

Nope. Hardly any Hannibal. Very great book, though. Exactly like the movie, just more detailed. Can't help feel sorry for serious ole Will Graham. So adult, it hurts.

Still no Lecter! I suppose it is called Red Dragon and that's mostly who we see in this quarter. The great courting of blind Reba. Reads exactly like the movie and show.

Having watched so much about this, it feels like reading the screenplay. But I like the details. Will figuring out the little things, his discomfort when visiting Lecter for the first time. Lecter seems like so much more a playful bully than I pictured.
