Kazza is 40% done

I agree with some other comments. These two men, each in a postion of great responsiblity, act like teenagers. Furthermore the spread of HIV is on the rise again and so much could have been done here yet it is treated in an almost frivolous manner, in my opinion. Child services has not been researched, no carer and case worker would speak to each other in such a personal, uh, huh gurlfiend manner.
