The children are currently trying flush toilets for the first time. Hilarious and so on point. I read this with my grandma's voice in my head and wish I could ask my grandparents so much about their experience of moving west. Anybody who has picked up and moved on will resonate with the story. Anybody who has been forced to move on without knowing where they will land even more. As relevant now as ever.
