I have a hard time caring about ancilliary "family tier" character such as the extended Bat family.
Millar, the problematic writer once made a comment that I agreed with about women "spin-offs" of the pantheon.
He said those characters were sadly always stuck as second fiddle compared to their namesakes. They needed to distance themselves and perhaps be even antagonistic towards their predecessors.
