While the authors writing is absolutely beautiful, this book could not be any less original in its plot. Young girl hates the system, has a best boy friend that comes from a family of wealth or power, boy is in love with girl, declares love before she goes off of the scary dystopian adventure of life or death
It has details and plot points that are INTERESTING but I cannot get over the box checking of standard plot.
