It’s not very well organized, and it’s relatively light on substance with an enormous middle section devoted to Q&A. Parts of it may be ethically dubious in that someone who isn’t actively interrogating what they read may misunderstand what they could be getting out of the experience and why. However, I do like the general process of the meditations and believe that they can be quite valuable.
