Finished "Desserts" (14 recipes in total) and "Finland." Interesting as usual. Some of the colors of desserts are so dreamy.

Finished "Vegetables" (12 recipes in total.) Some are baked goods that look less veggies to me lol.

Finished "Meat + Poultry" (11 recipes in total) and "Norway." Kind of surprised about the category, because the variety is quite large? Unless meat and poultry just really isn't big in this area? It does cover different kinds of meat and poultry though.

Finished "Fish + Shellfish" (14 recipes in total.) I think I'd still like an extra photo or two to get some visuals of the outcome. The recipes do sound delicious but I have no idea what some of the dish are supposed to look like. (It's not just this cookbook so I don't hold this against it though.)

Finished "Salads" (8 recipes in total) and "Denmark." Feels like less photos of the dish in this one? Surprisingly, one salad kinda looks like soup? It turns out to be terrine, so quite refreshing. =D

Finished "Soups + Porridge" (9 recipes in total.) More unexpected stuff lol. I think I probably would have considered apple soup odd had I not tasted it before, but blueberry soup... lol It's just not something I'd immediately associate for a soup ingredient hahaha. xD

Finished intro and "Appetiƶers" (12 recipes in total.) Oh, food sounds interesting. =D
