John Zach’s Reviews > The Consolation of Philosophy > Status Update

Excellent introduction to the beginning of medieval literature. Lady Philosophy, Fortuna, and virtue. More than a bit of Stoicism in this important piece. A difficult read, and I recommend referencing a companion book in modern day English as you read this.
