The book is out of print, and the local library doesn't have a copy, so I requested it through inter-library loan. Turns out no one in the area has it (or, if they do, they weren't willing to loan it), so the particular volume I'm reading came all the way from the the Library of Congress! So it's reference only, I can't take it home, but must read it in the building.
