Did he just kill the most bad ass woman in the book. The only female with a name? The love of our second main character, by pushing her out s fucking window?

I don't thick I have ever read anything this interested in glorifying violence and murder. But it's and interesting story. But I'm not buying all the murdering shit.

And there is a damseled woman *sigh*

So I'm enjoying the story, bit it does annoy me that every single woman in the story has been a love interest of one of the men... There are warrior women but they are also love interests. As far as I can see everyone is able bodied and straight, not all white though.
