Sounds like a winner. I need a new book that is current on OBEs. I will check this one out and see what checking it out gets me. Any recommendations are welcome.

I'm still at the beginning with this one. It is a kind of a day-by-day exercises manual to build up the energy body, awareness and eventually exit techniques. Robert Bruce also has a book more about theory of OBE called "Astral Dynamics" if you're interested in his ideas.

Personally I've just read Soul Traveler which I really liked because it was more about the author's personal experiences, written almost like a diary from 1993-1995. I just learn more from personal experiences I think. Still looking for a good OBE book written by a woman! :P
